Maxdecal 9600 Series is made of premium vinyl, which is flexible and can withstand outdoor conditions. Maxdecal premium adhesive technology keeps your vehicle paint safe and doesn’t leave any glue marks. It benefits the user, and the Maxdecal 9600 Series also benefits the applicator. This series is also equipped with bubble-free adhesive technology, and this wrap film can return to normal when creasing occurs during installation only by heating it with a heat gun, making it easier to apply. This variant has always been the target of car wrapping users. The Maxdecal 9600 Wet Gloss Series has many color choices.
PET Liner Benefits:
- Durability and Strength: PET liners provide a semi-crystalline structure that resists tearing, puncturing, and wear, making the wrap more resilient under harsh conditions like car washes or debris impact.
- UV and Thermal Resistance: PET-backed wraps maintain color vibrancy and structural integrity longer than standard vinyl, resisting fading and warping in extreme temperatures.
- Smooth Finish: The PET liner ensures a flat flawless surface, eliminating the “orange peel” texture common in older vinyl wraps.
- Eco-Friendly and Safe: PET is recyclable and chlorine-free, making it a more environmentally friendly option compared to PVC wraps.
- Ease of Installation and Removal: PET liners provide tear-free release, stable fit, and minimal residue, reducing installation errors and protecting the vehicle’s original paint.
Installation Tips
- Conduct the installation in a clean, well-lit area free from dust and in room temperatures.
- Follow the directional guide from the film.
- Use stable heat temperature (60°C/140°F) to soften edges before tucking or stretching.
- Do not over-stretching film as it may cause edge lift.
- Post-Installation: leave it for 24–48 hours for full adhesion; avoid high-pressure wash for 1 week.
