Maxdecal Celebrates Chinese New Year 2026: Creative Collaboration and Automotive Nightride

Jakarta, March 2, 2026 – Maxdecal, a local Indonesian sticker brand, is proud to be part of the Chinese New Year celebrations through the 2026 Chinese New Year Festival, organized by the government from February 17 to March 3, 2026, at Lapangan Banteng, Jakarta. Themed “Harmony Imlek Nusantara” this event serves as a momentum to strengthen social awareness, highlight the diversity of Chinese New Year celebration traditions across Indonesia, and strengthen interfaith harmony.

Maxdecal also participated in this celebration by supporting the Subaru BRZ Super Series showcase, which was wrapped in the Chinese New Year-themed Maxdecal Wrapping Series. The design, a collaboration with local IP artist @starlaism, will be displayed in the lobby of the Borobudur Hotel until March 1, 2026.

The Chinese New Year celebrations were further enlivened by the Festival Parade Imlek Nusantara, part of the 2026 Chinese New Year Festival. As part of this event, Maxdecal invited members of the automotive community, particularly the motorcycle community, to celebrate the joy of Chinese New Year together through the Maxdecal Nightride in collaboration with EKRAF.

The Maxdecal Nightride was held in collaboration with @imlekfestival, @speedtuning.id, and @talex.asia and was attended by Ms. Irene Umar (Deputy Minister of Creative Economy). The event also featured several automotive influencers, such as Gerry Immanuel (@garasi_gi), Amanizar (Cimon), and the Speedtuning community. A total of 800 automotive enthusiasts, particularly motorcycle enthusiasts, attended.

Furthermore, Maxdecal is also celebrating this occasion by holding a giveaway for an NMAX motorcycle wrapped in Maxdecal APV 78 Laminated Extreme Gold Series. This program is the result of Maxdecal’s collaboration with @maxiyamahaindonesia and @talex.asia, featuring a special Chinese New Year design. The design features touches of red and typical Chinese New Year ornaments, representing the excitement of the celebration.

By participating in the 2026 Chinese New Year Festival, Maxdecal affirms its support for cultural celebrations in Indonesia through creative collaborations. The various activities held are part of an effort to further strengthen the bonds between the Indonesian automotive community.
