Klaten, May 25, 2025 – The roar of cheers from thousands of visitors filled the Sunan Pandanaran building (RSPD) Klaten, Central Java at the Maxdecal Moto Art Show which was held lively on May 25, 2025. The event supported by EKRAF (Ministry of Creative Economy/Creative Economy Agency of the Republic of Indonesia) presented by Maxdecal proved that stickers can be a medium to realize the ideas and creativity of Indonesian youth.
Maxdecal Moto Art Show is not just an ordinary exhibition, but a motorcycle modification art contest and festival event which is the result of ideas, creativity and works of Indonesian youth through stickers to represent the characteristics of its users. In this event, many motorcycles appear beautiful and cool with unique and bold designs, even extreme.
The event that was held all day certainly received a positive response from EKRAF, the Regent of Klaten and the Deputy Regent of Klaten as well as visitors and participants. Many participants came not only from Soloraya, Maxdecal Moto Art Show which was attended by more than 90 participants came from various cities in Central Java, West Java, and East Java.
On the same occasion, Irene Umar, Deputy Minister and the Indonesian Creative Economy Agency (EKRAF) congratulated and wished success to Maxdecal, the committee and all participants. Irene Umar also gave her highest appreciation for the implementation of the Maxdecal Moto Art Show 2025. According to Irene,
“This event is not just a gathering place for automotive and modification art lovers, but also an inspiring stage for creative talents in the country to express their ideas and works”.
“I believe that activities like this can encourage the growth of an inclusive and sustainable creative economy ecosystem. Not only creating a space for expression and collaboration, but also opening up new business opportunities, creating jobs and increasing the competitiveness of Indonesian creative products in the National market and in the Global section,” added Irene Umar.
This event was also attended by the Regent of Klaten, Hamenang Wajar Ismoyo, he greatly appreciated the holding of a motorbike event in Klaten Regency, especially for automotive lovers to accommodate the creativity of the nation’s children.
“Hopefully in the following year we can collaborate with the local government so that events like this can develop again for the younger generation in a positive way to channel their ideas and creativity,” he said.
The series of contest events held for a full day, included a modification motor contest, dyno competition, low war, freestyle, photoshoot and there was a Door Prize of 1 unit of Mio motorbike specially designed by Starla Sekuya. The winner categories included, 12 Motor Contest classes (for champions 1-5), 25 The best Category and 3 The King which were judged directly by Ototrend Automotive Media.
As stated above, at the end of the event a lucky draw was held to determine the winner of the Door Prize of 1 unit of Mio motorbike specially designed by Starla Sekuya.
